As hundreds of thousands of people returned to London to celebrate Christmas with loved ones, Uncommon Creative Studio aided British Airways in the launch of a heartwarming campaign to make those reunions even more special. The airline gave people the chance to welcome friends and family home with personalised messages displayed at the airport.

To bring these messages to life, a custom font and a bespoke set of festive doodles were created. These visual elements allowed participants to craft messages that felt more personal, emotional, and uniquely their own. The campaign also prioritised accessibility, offering options for those with limited communication abilities to express their love in a more human and heartfelt way.

The campaign which ran throughout Christmas 2023 and 2024 turned arrivals into unforgettable moments, capturing the warmth and magic of coming home for the holidays.
