Deferit is a US-based fintech platform that empowers individuals to manage and pay their bills more flexibly. The service allows users to split any bill into four interest-free instalments, build credit by reporting payments to major bureaus, and save money through bill negotiation—all within a simple monthly membership.

While on a part-time retainer with Deferit, Francesca Levi Morenos served as Lead Social Designer, overseeing the concept, creation, and rollout of all social posts. Acting as the primary creative for social, she ensured each piece of content aligned with Deferit's approachable, informative voice. From carousels and static posts to motion and stories, she developed designs that were visually cohesive, on-brand, and audience-focused.

Working closely with internal marketing and brand teams, Francesca played a key role in shaping Deferit’s online social presence, translating strategy into compelling creative that connected with their growing community.
