Guildford Festival of the Arts is a brand new, grassroots, community-led celebration of visual arts, offering a platform for local and emerging artists to showcase and celebrate their work within an inclusive and accessible environment.

As Volunteer Creative Director for the inaugural 2025 event, the role has involved developing a complete visual identity from the ground up, including a bespoke logo and custom typeface, not to mention a whole host of merch and products. Working directly with the founders, the creative direction was shaped to reflect the festival’s ambition to deliver bold, accessible, and inclusive arts programming to the local community.
